Smoothies are no longer crunchy granola hippie food. You are in the cafes of the road and are sold in a grocery store in a 6-pack. But smoothies are easy to make at home and may even be more nutritious if you own one of the best reasons to start drinking smoothies is if you tend to skip breakfast.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but millions of people walk out the door with a thermos of coffee and a big to-do list. The body needs fuelto function properly. Your brain needs energy to think properly. Smoothies are a great way to get super nutrition in a party. They are ready to create and share easily. What you might want to form a big breakfast?
I keep a list of smoothie ingredients on hand, so I can do better taste, the most nutrient-rich shake I can. I think these ingredients on hand all the time so I am no different or fruit juice can be substituted to change the flavor depending on the mood.
Here's my list: Juice(The Mix), plain whole yogurt, flax seed, a super green powder, coconut milk powder, protein powder) (vanilla, flax seed oil and wheat germ.
You can start with fruit juices, yogurt, and organic coconut milk powder and work in flaxseed, protein powder and other ingredients. I recommend a powdered super green mix that blends easily and quickly digested. (In fact, often mixed with a glass of juice and a green signal for an afternoon Pick me up!) Plus is lessmore expensive than other vitamin regime because you get all the nutrients you need in one go. I especially like the addition of protein powder, vanilla powder and coconut milk, why add more protein and omega-3 fatty acids and coconut milk powder, cream and tastes really good! OK, now that you have your basic ingredients, you can get to it!
Smoothies are good for you for many reasons, but mainly two. One: Smoothies combine nutrients readily available in liquid form. Thismeans that you get the nutrients you want now in a highly digestible form. Secondly, they are big healthy eating on the go. Let's face it, we need better food for a fast paced society. Before you go drop another $ 5 on a law seeking Starbucks, smoothies and just feel the difference super green fodder!
Smoothie recipes without using a blender
Creamy Orange
1 glass of orange juice (to taste)
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 TB Super Green EnergyPowder

Apple Banana Fun
1 cup apple juice

This is very strong and good! Wheat germgives me an extraordinarily light texture and flavor of hazelnut.
Banana Coconut Cream
1 half cup of filtered fresh water
Half cup of coconut milk powder
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon of powdered super green energy
2 teaspoons of flaxseed
1 ripe banana
half cup of half and half (optional, but good)
2-3 ice cubes

For this I use a fruit, I think the freezer, try - it is very simple.
