3 tablespoons vinegar, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1 tsp English mustard, salt and pepper, 3 eggs, boiled and separated
Mix the vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper and add tothe yolk. Chop the egg whites very finely and mix all ingredients together well. Serve with salad.
