FruitFrappe
Ingredients:
* Grapes 1 cup unsweetened fruit (pear peach, bananas)
* 4 ice cubes
* Blender
Instructions:
First Place fruit and ice cubes in blender.
Blend fruit mixture according to desired consistency.
Yield: 1 serving
Fruit Soda
Ingredients:
* ½ cup unsweetened fruit juice of your choice or a combination of fruit juices
* ½ cup of mineral water
* Slice of lemon or lime, ifdesirable
Instructions:
Before Combine fruit juice and mineral water
According Garnish with lemon or lime
Yield: 1 serving
Fruit Sorbet
Ingredients:
* 1 cup frozen fruit partially thawed
Instructions:
First Place fruit in blender or food processor
According Turn the blender on low until fruit is the consistency of sorbet
Third Serve immediately.
Yield: 1 serving
Banana Shake
Ingredients:
* 1 banana,peeled and sliced
* 1 cup of cold water or milk
Instructions:
First Place bananas and water and milk in blender
According Blend to desired consistency
Yield: 1 serving
Raspberry Popsicles
Ingredients:
* ¼ cup water
* 10 raspberries (red)
* 1 peach or nectarine, peeled, cored and sliced
* 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions:
First Place water, fruit and ice cubes in blender and mix
Now add a second ice cubeat a time until mixture is the consistency of slush
Third Pour into plastic molds
Add fourth Popsicle sticks to make real Popsicles
Fifth Freezing
Yield: 6 servings.
