Here is something to try, which is ideal as a midday "snack". For this example I use chocolate flavored protein powder:
1st Add a double portion of your protein powder and mix with a smaller amount of milk in a shaker before (this is so you do not get a sticky mess Blender yours)
2ndPour the mixture is thick in the blender.
3rd Add in about 5-8 ice cubes.
4th Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
5th BLEND!
6 Pour into a glass (you need a great!)
7th With his arm around your dog, kick your feet up, relax and enjoy your way ... Absolutely incredible!
* Or a cat ... I guess, but the effect is not the same if you have hamsters or fish dog, but
Now that the ice and add all other ingredients, the taste of your protein shakemight be a little 'watered down. " So if your protein shake pimped-up did not taste as good as it confused the alleged or something, during preparation, read on:
taste chocolate just tasted it be?
- You have ice cream too, or maybe they added their protein powder shit? Six eye-Ing that tub of chocolate syrup in the refrigerator? No, no. Try a teaspoon of cocoa powder rather than real. This should give a good taste of chocolate withoutwith sugar, which comes with chocolate syrup.
- The trick can also convert your protein of vanilla in a chocolate flavor!
It has a faint taste of vanilla?
Teaspoon vanilla essence will improve the taste of vanilla with no extra calories
Not sweet enough?
Add a piece of banana. fruit sugar (fructose) is 70% sweeter than common table sugar does, so a small piece of banana is a long way in providingSweetness.
Shake is too "thin" / not thick enough?
Try more ice cubes or frozen fruit.
dust is locked blades / glass?
- This is why I asked you to mix in a shaker type of Pre, before pouring into blender.
- If you still insist on always using only your blender, then pour at least so that more liquid (milk) before adding the powder
And remember ... Protein shakes that onlycomplementary and should not form the backbone of your diet.
