5 Homemade Protein Shakes That Will Bulk They taste your muscles and still excellent

1 / 2 cup orange juice
1 cup strawberries
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 1 / 2 cup skimmed milk
2 scoops of whey protein powder
1 tablespoon honey

Homemade Protein Shakes # 3: Jane's Protein Shake
1 cup nonfat milk
1 / 2 Fresh Banana
1 / 3 cup of blueberries or peaches or 4 fresh strawberries
1 tsp. WheatGerm and Bran
1-3 EL protein powder
A few ice cubes

# 4: Banana-Strawberry High Protein Shake
2 scoops of ice cream honey
1 / 2 banana
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tablespoon yeast Super Rich
1 / 2 tablespoons Lechithin
1 / 2 tablespoons honey
1 / 2 tablespoons wheat germ
(Optional: strawberry juice)

1 cup Lowfat milk
