Abs Diet recipes are something of a reputation of being boring. Never went to a restaurant and ordered the plate of "diet", to name but a waiter brings a bowl of Jello and cottage cheese are?
The most difficult part of the definition of abs is. To see your abdominal muscles, you lose body fat. When your fat is gone, you still build the muscle tissue, and requires the protein.
A low-fat, high protein diet should not be boring, though.

Tofu
Tofu is rich in protein and is great for building muscle mass. It is very common in Asian cooking and is becoming increasingly popular in Western cuisine, offers a versatile, low-fat substitute for meat or dairy products in many dishes. Can be found in the section of production of most grocery stores too.
Strawberry Banana Tofu Shake
INGREDIENTS:
1 block silken or soft tofu
1 frozen banana
1 cup crushed pineapple (withJuice)
1 / 2 cup of skimmed milk or soy milk
4 strawberries
PREPARATION:
1. Drain tofu and cut it into pieces.
2. Chop bananas, strawberries and remove stems.
3. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Fa 1 portion
Tip: Add protein powder for an extra push.
Lenses
Lentils (red and brown), are also a powerhouse of protein. The following recipe is something so complicated, you can impress your dinnerDate. But do not let the long list of ingredients, do not be fooled - it is not so simple that even if you can not have any cooking experience. Add the spices according to your taste to make mild or spicy.
Indian Curry Red Lentil Soup
(Adapted from Vegetarian Times, March 2004)
1 cup red lentils (washed)
4 1 / 2 cups fat free vegetable broth
2 tbsp. low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. Curry powder
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger (or powdered)
1 / 2 tsp. ground cumin
1 / 2 tsp. Cayenne
1 / 2tsp. Onion powder
Contours are possible:
* Grated Coconut
* Secchi Peanuts
* Cilantro
* Add chopped bell pepper
* Chutney
* Raisins
1. Put the lentils and vegetable broth in a large
Pot and bring to a boil over medium-high
Heat.
2. Reduce heat to medium and
cook for about 20 minutes, or until lentils

4. Put 2 cups of lentils and yogurt
Blender, puree and blend.
