Spinach, mushrooms and Swiss Baked Omelet
½ cup spinach
1 / 3 cup mushrooms, sliced
6-8 eggs
1 / 3 cup milk
½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
Black pepper
Nutmeg
Cook the mushrooms and spinach over medium heat until it makes the liquid from the spinach and mushrooms.
Blend together to give eggs, milk, pepper and nutmeg in a blender at high speed. Mix in a blender the eggs turns on the lightand fluffy. Pour the egg mixture into a well greased oven proof frying pan, like an iron skillet or omelet pan.
Stir the egg mixture into mushrooms and spinach. Sprinkle over the top of the grated Swiss cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until eggs are firmly oven.
Muffin Biscuits
They are easy to make and cookies are always a favorite. They are crumbly and buttery in flavor.
1 3 / 4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 ½ teaspoons double-actingBaking powder
6 tablespoons butter Chilled
1 cup milk
Flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Cut the butter with a pastry blender into the dry mixture. Make a well in center and then the milk. Stir for a minute.
Fill greased muffin tins to make good biscuits shapely pasta.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot with butter.
