For many of us, summer is an exciting season - and a feared! The warm, sunny weather allows many trips to the sea or lake, outdoor barbecues that last for several hours, and family holidays. However, the downside is that many of these activities, a swimsuit and / or include the oppressive heat. Smoothies

In a bowl of oatmeal, milk and honey. Let stand in refrigerator. When you are ready to eat, top with yogurt, fruit and nuts.

These recipes are not only easy to prepare, they are cheap enough and are naturally full of energy the body needs to go through a hot day of activities in the summer!
